I was bound to only the bike for a few weeks after an unfortunate injury. Now that the rehab is complete, I feel stronger than ever.
After countless hours of rehab and pedalling, I wanted to celebrate the success of the rehab process with one big, 6 hour session in Zone 2.
Biggest winner - them rugby legs
Biggest loser - my ass
That was a lot of fun.
Now back to the mats
Saaiman was born on 20 December 2000 in Pretoria, South Africa.

He began training in kickboxing and mixed martial arts at the age of 12.
Saaiman was a South African champion in K-1 kickboxing before focusing on MMA.
His nickname, MSP, stands for "Most Savage Player" and was given to him by his coach.
