 Thursday 30 April 2026 Thabong Police are seeking assistance from the public to find Tshehla Phallang, who is a person of interest in a case of murder. It is alleged that on Sunday, 26 April 2026 at about 22:15, police were summoned by hospital personnel regarding a complaint of murder. On arrival at the hospital, they were informed about an African male who was declared dead on arrival after he sustained a stab wound to his neck. Preliminary investigations were conducted and revealed that the victim, identified as Kgethang Ramajoe (44), was fatally stabbed at the Covid informal settlement. It is alleged that while the victim was having a conversation with a friend about initiation school, the suspect overheard them and became defensive. Without hesitation, the alleged suspect then took out an okapi knife and stabbed the victim on the left side of his neck, fatally wounding him.
