 Joe 'Ferrari' Sibanyoni's case has been re-enrolled. The matter will be heard before the Delmas Magistrate's Court on 28 May 2026. This follows the previous striking off of the case due to the prosecutor's absence from court, which has now been addressed.


Joe 'Ferrari' Sibanyoni and his co-accused celebrated in court after their case was struck off the roll. The celebration took place after the Kwaggafontein Magistrate’s Court struck the matter off the roll on May 18, 2026, following the State prosecutor's failure to appear. The court's decision was met with jubilation, and the taxi bosses and their supporters enjoyed the moment.
