Hermina Christina Tellis has been found dead, but her identity has not yet been confirmed due to ongoing DNA testing. The body was discovered at Witfield Dam on April 9, 2026, after she had been missing since March 10, 2026. Her family has requested formal forensic processes to confirm the identity, and the cause of death is still under investigation.
