[MISSING PERSON] The South African Police Service (SAPS) at Levubu are requesting public assistance to locate a 32-year-old man who has been #missing since, 10 February 2026.


A 48-year-old female reported that her son, Mulisa Raphugela, has not been seen since 10 February 2026.

According to the complainant, she and her son had an argument at approximately 15:00, and he subsequently departed from their home in Tshakhuma Tshitavhadulu and has not returned since.

Attempts to contact him on his cellphone have been unsuccessful, as his phone has been switched off since his disappearance. Efforts to locate him through family members and friends have also been unsuccessful.

He was last seen wearing grey trousers, a grey T-shirt, a red jacket, and white Adidas takkies at the time of his disappearance.

Police appeal to anyone who may have seen Mulisa Raphugela or who has information on his whereabouts to contact the Investigating Officer, Sergeant Patricia Neswiswi Thivhavhudzi, on 082 319 9622, or #CrimeStop on 08600 10111, or the nearest police station, or use the #MySAPSApp.
