[MISSING PERSON] Mkhuze SAPS is appealing to the public for assistance in locating 71-year-old Ms Lorna Elaine McSorley, who was last seen on 27 September 2025.


It is reported that Ms Lorna Elaine McSorley and her husband were visiting Mkhuze Ghost Mountain Hotel as tourists, when they went for a walk to the dam to take pictures. Due to the heat, her husband returned to the hotel while Ms McSorley continued exploring near the dam. When she did not return, the matter was reported to hotel staff and later escalated to the police. She has not been seen since.

Anyone with information that may assist in locating Ms Lorna Elaine McSorley is urged to contact the Investigating Officer, Sgt Koza, on 035 573 1088 or report to the nearest police station.

All information will be treated with strict confidentiality.
