Congratulations to the following learners for being selected for the Eastern Gauteng Hockey Team .

Incorporate Drills: Include drills for stick handling, passing, shooting, and reaction time training to improve your game.

Practice Regularly: Dedicate time to practice regularly, whether it's before school, after school, or during breaks.

Review Game Footage: Watch clips of past performances to visualize your roles and identify areas to improve.

Manage Time: Learn strategies to manage your time effectively, including time management and quick drills, to maintain performance in both areas.

By following these tips, you can balance your school commitments with your hockey training, ensuring you perform your best at tryouts and during the season.
