JOHANNESBURG: The case against Victor Mthethwa Majola, who is accused of masterminding the murder of Warrick “DJ Warras” Stock, has been postponed as he works to resolve issues surrounding funding for his legal representation.
Majola appeared in the Johannesburg High Court alongside alleged shooter Armindo Pacula. The court previously directed Majola to resolve his legal representation, with his family reportedly assisting with his legal fees.
Majola faces charges of premeditated murder and conspiracy to commit murder. He is accused of orchestrating the killing, while Pacula is alleged to have carried out the shooting.
Stock was fatally shot in the Johannesburg CBD on 16 December 2025.
The matter is expected to return to court in September 2026.
